A retired orthopaedic surgeon who currently is an owner, Chief Medical Officer Emeritus and Board Member of
Intelligent InSites, a medical industry software company.
Dr. Gruby earned his Doctor of Medicine from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio Texas and completed his orthopaedic surgical residency at San Antonio.
The family moved to Bismarck in 1977 and practice was at the Bone and Joint Center in Bismarck. Dr. Gruby served on the University of Mary Board of Trustees and serves on the Investigational Review Board at St Alexius Medical Center.
Dr. Louise Murphy
Dr. Murphy joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in July 2003, as a board-certified family practice physician. She is married and the mother of three children.
A native of Carrington, Dr. Murphy received her medical degree from the University of North Dakota, and completed her family practice residency at the UND Family Practice Center in Bismarck. She was honored in the May 2002 edition of the Ladies Home Journal as one of the nation's top doctors for family practice as compiled by Castle Connolly, publisher of the consumer health guide America's Top Doctors. Prior to joining the Clinic, she practiced for several years at the former Mandan Family Physician Clinic, and served as Associate Program Director and Assistant Dean of the UND School of Medicine, Southwest Campus, in Bismarck.
Dr. Murphy is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the North Dakota Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association and the North Dakota Medical Association. She is a certified breast cancer specialist and is licensed to practice medicine in the state of North Dakota.

Dr. Todd Preszler
Todd M. Preszler, MD is an anesthesiologist with the St. Alexius Heart & Lung Clinic. He is originally from South Dakota where he completed his pre-med science courses at the University of South Dakota, Vermillion and then attended the University of South Dakota School of Medicine, Vermillion, to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Preszler completed an Anesthesiology Post Graduate Training Program at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education, Rochester, MN.
Dr. Preszler holds memberships in these Honorary/Professional Societies: Member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Member of the Minnesota Society of Anesthesiologists, Member of the Minnesota Medical Association, Member of the American Medical Association and Member of the Mayo Fellows Association. Todd practices at the Heart & Lung Clinic.
