Tribunal and Canonical Services

The Office of Tribunal and Canonical Services assists the bishop, most of which deals with declarations of nullity of marriage (commonly known as annulments).

The Tribunal and Canonical Services provides consultation services to anyone with questions on Church law.

By providing a voice for the universal law of the Church within the Bismarck Diocese, the Tribunal and Canonical Services hopes to contribute to harmony and good order in the life of the Church.
