Right to Life rally

Join the local Right to Life chapter for the annual Rally for Life on Sunday, Jan. 27 at 2 p.m. on the N.D. State Capitol steps. Bishop Kagan will give the Invocation. Immediately following the rally, everyone is invited to gather at the Heritage Center in the Missouri River Events Center for a reception.
