Physicians Guild Membership

 

We welcome your desire to know more about the Bismarck Catholic Physicians Guild and to possibly join the Guild. If that is so, please fill out the information below. The Guild Officers and or Chaplain will review and reply. The Guild prefers a personal visit if a potential member wishes to proceed further. God’s greatest Blessings to you.

To qualify as a member of the Guild, an individual must:

• Subscribe in writing to the Guild Purposes as set forth above
• Be open to Life and not practice contraception professionally or personally
• Willingness to donate a portion of your time toward free and charitable care of the poor
• Pay annual dues as set from time to time by the Board of Directors
• Be approved by the Board of Directors

    Associate Non-Voting Members Holding Doctoral Degrees

    Affiliate Non-Voting Members

Membership Dues

    Physician Members (M.D)
        • Active / Retired - $200

    Other doctorate designations such as Pharm D, DFP, psychologist and CRNAs:
        • $150

    Nurses and other allied health persons without a doctorate designation:
        • $75
