Parish Cluster Council Agreement (Mutual Cooperation Agreement)

If a parish/mission cluster wishes, they may organize as one council serving all the members of the cluster. A Mutual Cooperation Agreement should be developed if such a structure is to be adopted. The agreement must require the Bishop’s approval and signature. This template can be helpful in developing such an agreement.
