Five of six new monsignors invested in the Bismarck Diocese

On Jan. 29, 2013 Monsignors James Braaten, Chad Gion, Gene Lindemann, Thomas Richter and James Shea were invested at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Bismarck, N.D. (Msgr. Patrick Schumacher was invested Dec. 30, 2012 at the Church of St. Wenceslaus in Dickinson, N.D.) All are now Chaplains to His Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI, except for Msgr. Lindemann, who is a Prelate of Honor.
